OUR COFFEES

We provide green bean and roasted coffee with a wet hull, honey, wine, and natural processes. We selected the best coffee beans, grade 1 and specialty, and processed them in a standardized to produce high-quality, traceable, and consistent products. The roasting process by the partners, who have the competence and experience to make it perfect with a fruity, sweet, medium body and clean aftertaste.

Full Washed

The fullwashed process, also known as the wet process, is a post-harvest process in coffee cherries that can selected first by soaking them in water, floating the fruit will be removed, and those that sink will be further processed.

Semi Washed

Semi-wash is a process in which the outer coffee cherries’ skin is cleaned and peeled off using a depulper or demucilaging machine. The coffee beans are dried and fermented with a thin layer of mucilage in the sun.

Natural

The natural process, known as the dry process, is the oldest post-harvest processing method. The coffee cherries are washed and dried under the sun. The seeds are removed, fermented, and dried again.

Special Order

We also provide wine and honey processing on special orders. The wine processing, often called fermented coffee, is processed through fermentation and produces a unique taste resembling the aroma of wine from a post-harvest process. The honey processing brings in a sweet or high sweetness and balanced acidity because mucilage stores sugar and acidity content and is dried in a stacked state so that fermentation occurs. The result is a soft body, prominent sweetness, low acidity, and slightly fruity, although not as strong as the natural process. You can request another processing according to your needs and our capabilities.
